Required Technical Operations Manager
Responsibilities
Lead the implementation and maintenance of CRM events, attributes, and data flows across systems such as Braze, Adjust, and future integrations
Partner with CRM managers to support campaign execution by ensuring accurate event tracking, segmentation logic, and audience delivery
Manage and maintain technical documentation related to CRM systems and data sources.
Collaborate with Product, BI, and Development teams to align event naming conventions, data layer structure, and customer journey tracking logic
Perform QA and testing of new campaign implementations, event setups, and user journeys to ensure flawless execution
Support cross-platform integrations and data enrichment initiatives to optimize user lifecycle marketing
Oversee and support QA processes, including the potential management of a dedicated QA team member
Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies across systems and campaign delivery platforms
Monitor performance and delivery of marketing campaigns from a technical perspective and suggest optimizations
Help define scalable processes for CRM campaign readiness, including pre-launch testing, validation protocols, and release cycles.
Requirements: 3+ years of experience in a technical CRM/marketing operations/implementation role, ideally within a fast-paced B2C mobile app environment
Strong understanding of CRM platforms, especially Braze experience with events, Canvas flows, and API & SDK integrations is a huge advantage
Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational and documentation skills
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with tight timelines
Experience managing or working closely with QA processes or team members
Basic knowledge of HTML, JSON, SQL or data structures is an advantage
Strong communication skills ability to translate marketing goals into technical requirements
Proven ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, BI, and engineering teams
Advantages
Experience connecting CRM systems with data/BI tools (e.g., Braze <> Mixpanel or BigQuery)
Familiarity with user event schema, mobile SDKs, or Firebase events
Understanding of data governance, privacy compliance (e.g., GDPR), and consent tracking.
