Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and execution of our core experiences (e.g., messaging, calls, media sharing and more)
Define and deliver a product vision that balances user needs, business growth, and market differentiation
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of high-performing product managers
Drive usage, retention, and user satisfaction through data-driven experimentation and innovation
Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Analytics to ship impactful features at speed
Represent the core unit at the leadership level, influencing company-wide priorities and product direction.
Requirements: 8+ years in product management, including significant leadership roles in B2C products
Proven success in driving product growth and user engagement at scale
A strategic thinker with strong execution instinctsable to zoom out to the vision and zoom in on the details
Experience leading high-performing, cross-functional product teams
Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence across functions and levels
Demonstrated success in developing and executing product strategies that drive business growth, specifically within the context of messaging applications
Experience in data analysis and utilizing key performance indicators (KPIs) for monitoring product performance and user engagement
Ability to collaborate, solve ambiguous problems, and outside of the box thinking
Bachelors degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field. A masters degree or Ph.D. in a technology or business-related field is a plus
Bonus: experience in messaging, communication, or consumer utility products.
