Lead the enterprise-wide scaling, governance, and enablement of Microsoft Copilot, including agents, plugins, and extensibility. You will balance innovation velocity with risk management-curating capabilities, driving cross-functional approvals, and enforcing guardrails to ensure secure, cost-effective AI adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
Own environment strategies, tenant settings, DLP policies, and FinOps models for Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio.
Enforce ALM processes, data guardrails, and automated monitoring to protect data, manage app lifecycles, and prevent shadow IT.
Drive maker adoption through segmented onboarding journeys, reusable templates, and shared platform components.
Bridge business demand with IT, embedding Enterprise Architecture, Security, and Legal requirements directly into platform desig
Requirements: -Both hands-on technical experience and strategic expertise standing up maker enablement programs in enterprise environments- Must
- Deep practical knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio (including environment management, connectors, and DLP policies).
- Demonstrated experience designing governance, ALM, and FinOps models for low-code platforms at scale.
- Proven track record of building and growing maker/citizen- Developer communities and onboarding frameworks.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Architecture, Security, and Legal stakeholders.
