Were looking for a Senior Software Development Manager to lead the multidisciplinary engineering teams on a major engagement end to end - owning delivery, raising the technical bar, and being the person who steps in when things get hard. Your Impact

Drive Stakeholder Alignment & Change Management: Serve as the central pivot across Engineering and Product functions. Navigate conflicting priorities, build high-trust alignment, and coach diverse teams through organizational changes.
