We are seeking a Head of Sales to lead overall sales strategy and take full ownership of all sales activities across the company and its subsidiaries.
This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution - focusing on revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and strengthening partnerships with global cloud providers.
You will mentor and inspire a growing sales team, ensuring alignment with the companys goals and long-term vision.
Responsibilities:
Manage the entire sales cycle as from discovery and consulting to lead generation, pipeline management and deal closing.
Drive new business opportunities, renewals and upsells across multiple service lines.
Define and execute go-to-market and sales strategies.
Collaborate closely with the Delivery team to ensure smooth handovers, customer satisfaction and drive renewals and upsells.
Work closely with the Marketing team on joint initiatives and the creation of effective marketing materials to support sales efforts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with cloud provider partner networks.
Set and monitor sales goals, pricing strategies and key performance metrics.
Lead sales forecasting, ensuring visibility and accountability across all subsidiaries.
Requirements: 6+ years of experience in managed services sales, including proven managerial experience.
Demonstrated success in B2B revenue growth and building cloud-related partnerships.
Strong understanding of AWS, Azure, and GCP ecosystems and co-sell programs.
Experience working cross-functionally with marketing and delivery teams.
Hands-on experience with consulting and solution-based sales.
Strong track record in new business acquisition and strategic deal-making.
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Strategic thinker with a proactive, results-oriented mindset and a strong sense of ownership.
Experience managing company-wide sales forecasts and pipelines.
