What You’ll Do Manage the full hiring lifecycle from role definition to offer stage, ensuring a smooth and high-quality hiring process. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their team goals, business needs, and hiring priorities, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the process. Build and execute effective sourcing strategies, proactively identifying and engaging top candidates through both traditional and creative channels. Conduct interviews in both Hebrew and English and lead structured, thoughtful candidate evaluations. What You’ll Bring At least 4 years of experience in recruiting, including at least 2 years recruiting for technical roles in a high-tech or startup environment. Proven experience managing end-to-end hiring processes across multiple roles and functions. Strong sourcing capabilities and the creativity to identify and engage top talent. Experience working independently and managing multiple processes in a fast-paced environment. Experience recruiting globally. Experience working with APAC markets is an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong partnerships with hiring managers and candidates. Full professional fluency in both Hebrew and English, with the ability to conduct interviews in both languages. A genuine passion for recruiting and talent acquisition. Curiosity and enthusiasm for experimenting with new recruiting tools, including AI-driven solutions.
