Site Technology Managers, as members of the ET Infrastructure team, will also serve as the smart hands and feet on the ground at each site, assisting ET Infrastructure and Cybersecurity teams with implementations, troubleshooting, and management of systems, applications, and services as needed.
Site Technology Managers, applying expert judgment, decide on a case-by-case basis whether to provide guidance on self-service tools, escalate issues, delegate to other support staff, or independently resolve them.
The Site Technology will ensure that the quality of technical site support for the site is of excellent quality, and will track issues, risks, and action items, as well as maintain relevant documentation for the site as needed.
