We are seeking an experienced Global Bookkeeper to join our dynamic finance team! This crucial role involves the analysis, execution, and support of finance operations for our global team (Israel & US).

Responsibilities:
Responsible for all accounting transactions, such as- bank & credit cards reconciliation, AP & AR reconciliation, accruals, prepaid, fixed assets, etc.
Compliance with monthly and yearly reports
Support the month-end closing process, posting cut-off JEs, etc.
Lead and manage payment cycles for vendors, including approving invoices with the relevant stackholders, processing payments, recording relevant JEs
Responsibility for monthly submissions to tax authorities (VAT, Income tax, National insurance, Tax on payroll)
Review and record reimbursements of employees travel and expense reports
Assisting external auditors throughout the yearly audit and periodic reviews.
Requirements: At least 5 years of experience in Hi-Tech companies in a similar position
Certified bookkeeper type 2/3 - Mandatory
Experience in NetSuite ERP system and Priority - Mandatory
Proven record in High-tech and/ or Global companies an advantage.
Excel proficiency (can maintain complex spreadsheets).
Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to complete tasks on a timely manner.
Excellent level of English, both verbal and written - Must
