We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior HRIS Analyst to join our HR team.
The HRIS Analyst will be responsible for supporting the HR team globally in administering our global HR system, SuccessFactors. This position will also support the implementation of technical solutions, including reporting and analytics solutions, to deliver people's processes.
Provide day-to-day support to the global HR community in the systems operation, performance, maintenance and repair
Perform troubleshooting as required. As such, leads problem-solving efforts often involving outside vendors
Partner with HR team to create reports and dashboards
Establish data quality and monitoring procedures as well as a feedback loop to ensure data accuracy
Support functional and end-user testing of new or modified system configuration
Support the testing of planned system upgrades and implementation of new enhancements
Provide support in the delivery of training for HR processes and feedback on any potential development areas
Work with the HR team proactively to support a variety of HR activities, processes, and admin globally.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Experience working with SuccessFactors, or similar systems a must
System-oriented - self-learning ability, capable of thoroughly understanding the functional and technical aspects of a complex system.
Good analytical skills
Experience working in a global environment
Experience in HR reporting and analytics - an advantage

Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and have the confidence to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders cross-functionally at all levels in the company
