Were looking for an experienced Customer Facing IT Expert to join our dynamic team. This person will help make water leisure safer and more enjoyable for everyone.
We are located in Yokneam.
As our customer facing IT expert, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our products on customers premises.
Responsibilities:
Being part of our customer success team, helping our customers save lives using technology.
Working with our customers and our IT partners to plan, install and configure hardware and software. (All access is remote)
Troubleshooting hardware and network connectivity issues to ensure flawless operation.
Serving as the technical go-to guy for the customer support team.
Working closely with the R&D teams on constantly improving the product stability and maintainability from both network and software aspects.
Developing and implementing IT security policies and procedures.

We are looking for a service oriented Help desk Specialist with high technical knowledge level to be part of the DRS RADA Technologies IT Services Team in Beit Shean. The Team provides IT support to DRS RADAs employees, responsible for user's equipment, accounts and more.
* Provide end-user support, resolving technical issues and provides technical assistance.
* Respond to requests for technical assistance (in person, via phone, email and ticket support center).
* Basic troubleshooting of the local office network switches, access points and printers.
* Install and troubleshoot end user equipment, software, hardware, multimedia, and telecommunications systems.
* Users, Groups, and Permissions management across all company systems/services.
* Monitor and work with the Help desk support ticketing system (Freshservice).
* Develop and maintain automation scripts to streamline IT processes (Batch, PS & Python ).
* Create knowledge base articles and documentation on implemented solutions and system configurations.
* Provide software and hardware technical assistance. The position is in Beit Shean and includes travel to our other sites from time to time.

The role consists of:
Technical Support for end users.
Maintenance of computers and peripheral equipment.
Working with Microsoft Server environments.
Managing Active Directory and Office 365 services.
Budget monitoring and procurement process (quotes, purchase requisitions).

We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Project Manager to oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of multiple IT infrastructure projects.
