Role Description The SR Digital & IT Program Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams and with all Maytronics divisions to build and maintain programs that drive strategic priorities from ideation to implementation, primarily through strong program management principles and hands-on leadership. As the SR Digital & IT Program Manager, you will report to the Head of Digital & IT Program Manager, and you will lead part of the strategic Digital & IT programs initiatives. You will manage the balance of the business and organizational needs versus technical constraints and resources and priorities to enable the company to achieve its strategic goals. The ideal candidate is an influential leader with the ability to see the wider picture and a drive for getting things done. * Lead and oversee program management on multiple verticals managing schedules and delivery progress across the portfolio of inbound and outbound projects.
* Collaborate with high-level management to prioritize initiatives, see opportunities for improvement and drive their implementation, and continually scale current processes.
* Coordinate resources and interdependencies across multiple projects and teams.
* Lead program initiatives - cross-team features & projects being executed by 3rd party teams.
* Proven experience as a Program Manager or Project Manager with a focus on ERP systems and logistics optimization within supply chain operations.
* Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. Priority) and their integration with logistics functions, including transportation management systems (TMS) and warehouse management systems (WMS).
* Excellent understanding of logistics processes, including inbound/outbound transportation, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution, with a track record of driving operational improvements and cost savings.
Requirements: * 3+ years of experience managing complex programs in IT and organization environments
* Experience leading global programs and projects , including hands-on project management of multiple concurrent projects
* Ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management.
* Bachelor’s degree?Must, M.B.A. or other advanced technical degree preferred
* Fluent in Hebrew and English – both verbal and written
