Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end Executive Search processes.
Conduct in-depth analysis of senior leadership roles and their organizational impact.
Build search strategies based on market mapping and industry dynamics.
Proactively and discreetly approach senior-level candidates.
Work directly with C -level executives and boards.
Develop and deepen relationships with leading companies in the market.
Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment.
Proven track record in Executive Search.
Experience working with executive teams and boards.
Ability to manage and lead long, multi-layered processes simultaneously.
Business development experience - generating leads and building long-term client relationships.
Strong presence, professional maturity, and absolute discretion.
High-level English proficiency.
