we are looking for a Global Demand & Supply Planner.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Demand Planning & S&OP Support (Primary Focus)
Global S&OP Facilitation: Own the Rolling Forecast (RFC) process, consolidating global demand signals to support the Global Supply Chain Manager in S&OP meetings.
Forecast Accuracy: Analyze historical trends and sales inputs to improve forecast accuracy, directly impacting inventory effectiveness and service level KPIs.
Gap Analysis: Proactively identify and flag "Supply-Demand" gaps, providing scenarios and recommendations to mitigate risks (red flags).
Strategic Alignment: Support the 5-year global fulfillment plan and annual work plans through detailed data modeling and projections.
2. Business Unit Supply
End-to-End Planning: Lead the planning cycle for a designated Global Business Unit, including raw materials (RM), work-in-progress, and finished goods (FG).
Inventory Optimization: Manage inventory "health" (SLOB analysis, shelf-life, and rotations) to ensure optimal levels across global warehouses (Israel, US, and Europe).
Capacity & Fulfillment: Support capacity management and production planning to ensure that all global purchase orders are fulfilled on time and in full (OTIF).
Procurement Collaboration: Monitor key raw materials and support the Global SC Manager in controlling high-value procurement items to ensure production continuity.
3. Global Sample Management & Service Levels
Process Ownership: Lead the end-to-end global samples process, ensuring that samples reach global customers efficiently and meet defined Service Level (SL) targets.
Stakeholder Interface: Act as the "Supply Chain Partner" for Sales and Customer Experience (CXT), streamlining communication and removing bottlenecks in the sample flow.
Perfect Order Control: Monitor sample order entry accuracy and shipping integrity, ensuring the "Perfect Order" standard is met from the sample stage.
Requirements: Professional Experience: 3-5 years in a global Supply Chain/Planning role, ideally within the Food, Pharma, or Ingredients industry.
Systems Expertise: High proficiency in ERP systems and advanced planning tools (JDA, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
Analytical Prowess: Advanced Excel skills and the ability to turn complex data sets into actionable executive summaries.
Global Communication: Fluent English (written and verbal) with the ability to work effectively across different cultures and time zones (Israel/US/Europe).
Interpersonal Skills: Strong "Matrix Management" capabilities-ability to drive results through collaboration with Logistics, Quality, Production, and Sales.
Education: B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related academic field.
