PA to CEO:
Manage the CEOs calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
Prepare presentations, reports, and professional correspondence.
Organize and support internal and external meetings, ensuring smooth logistics.
Serve as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Maintain strict confidentiality and prioritize tasks effectively.
HR Support:
Provide administrative support to the HR department (document management, scheduling, data entry, etc.).
Assist in recruitment coordination: job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communication.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
Help plan and execute employee well-being and engagement initiatives (e.g., company events, gifts, recognition programs).
Requirements: Previous experience as a PA or in an HR support role ideally both.
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
Fluent in English; Hebrew an advantage.
High level of discretion and professionalism.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); experience with HR systems a plus.
Team player with a can-do attitude and attention to detail.
