As a Senior Technical Program Manager at our company, you will be a pivotal liaison between the SW engineering group and other key teams like QA Automation, Devops and product. You will drive high-quality, on-time releases within our fast-growing Cortex product suite. Key Responsibilities

What Youll Be Doing

Become an expert in all runtime aspects - events pipeline, orchestration, execution, Runners, and the infrastructure that powers them
Own the end-to-end Runner experience - deployment models, resource management, connectivity, and troubleshooting
Perform customer research and technical deep-dives to understand scale requirements, reliability needs, and pain points
Analyze customer escalations to identify patterns and translate them into actionable engineering requirements
