Requirements:
Required Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in a system /network administration role. Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V). Requirements:
3-5 years of experience as an IT System Administrator in a corporate or enterprise environment.
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Intune, and Microsoft Defender (Endpoint and/or M365).
Hands-on experience configuring and managing identity and access controls, including MFA, Conditional Access, and SSO.
Proven experience supporting both Windows and macOS environments.
Hands-on experience with Intune and at least one macOS MDM solution such as Kandji or Jamf.
Experience operating FW firewall/VPN or similar enterprise-grade firewall solutions.
Hands-on experience with core Azure services in identity and IT operations (e.g., Entra ID, basic networking, security policies).
Familiarity with modern remote access concepts such as Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) and VPN alternatives - advantage.

Experience with monitoring systems and a strong troubleshooting mindset, with the ability to analyze alerts, identify issues, and resolve problems in a structured and methodical way

Strong knowledge and practical experience with large VMware vSphere environments (installation, configuration, and management of 100+ ESXi hosts).
Strong knowledge and practical experience as a system administrator with large scale compute environment (HPE/Dell Servers).
Experience with one of the storage and backup systems (NetApp, Dell, Veeam, Commvault, etc.).
Strong problem-solving skills: troubleshooting, problem analysis, and resolution determination.
Experience with one of hyper converged systems (VMware/HPE SimpliVity/Nutanix) - an advantage.
