We are looking for a Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead our global IT organization and shape the companys technology strategy. In this role, you will drive enterprise-wide transformation, scale AI adoption, and ensure our platforms, systems, and infrastructure support the company's business strategy.
You will act as a strategic partner to executive leadership, own a multi-million-dollar budget, and lead a global team across enterprise applications, infrastructure, data, and IT operations. This is a high-impact role for a leader who combines strong business acumen with deep technological expertise and a passion for driving change.

Define and execute a multi-year IT strategy aligned with our business priorities, growth objectives, and go-to-market evolution.

Partner closely with business leaders to support transformation initiatives such as subscription models, M&A due diligence, and post-merger integration.
Global IT Operations & Governance:
Ensure secure, scalable, and resilient IT operations across global infrastructure and cloud environments.
Establish and maintain IT governance frameworks, policies, performance metrics, and executive visibility.
Optimize delivery models, including offshore and managed services.
People & Financial Leadership:
Build, lead, and develop a high-performing global IT organization through coaching, clear accountability, and talent development.
Manage strategic vendor and technology partner relationships.
Own and optimize the IT budget, balancing innovation, operational excellence, and cost discipline.
Requirements: 15+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including executive-level roles.
Proven experience leading global IT organizations across multiple geographies.
Strong expertise in enterprise platforms (ERP, CRM), cloud infrastructure, and modern workplace technologies.
Demonstrated experience driving enterprise-scale AI transformation.
Solid financial acumen, including budgeting, vendor management, and cost optimization.
Strong communication, influence, and stakeholder-management skills at executive level.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
Excellent communication skills in English.
People-oriented professional with a strong work ethic and a proactive, can-do attitude.
Advantage:
