We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager with experience building developer-facing tools, identity solutions, authentication technologies, or complex cloud/SaaS products targeting technical users.
This role is about shaping the end-to-end developer experience across the Mosaic platform by our company CIAM offering, owning how developers design, build, test, deploy, and integrate identity flows into their applications using no-code/low-code orchestration, SDKs, APIs, code interfaces, and AI-assisted tooling.
You will play a pivotal role in defining the next generation of developer tools at our company, building capabilities that meet the needs of developers working on application logic, backend infrastructure, and identity/security integration.
What youll do:
Define and drive product strategy for Mosaics developer experience - spanning orchestration, APIs, SDKs, CLIs, eventing, developer tooling, code-first workflows, and AI-powered build/assist capabilities.
Own the full product lifecycle: From feature design to GTM launch, including documentation strategy, developer enablement content, and field-facing material.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Architecture, Solution Engineering, and Design to deliver developer-centric capabilities with strong usability, consistency, and performance.
Evolve the orchestration platform, shaping step libraries, flow control, versioning, testing, and environment management to support both low-code and pro-code builders.
Drive integration experiences for developers embedding our company into applications.
Define and maintain developer documentation, examples, and templates, ensuring workflows are intuitive, discoverable, and AI-friendly.
Analyze developer usage metrics and feedback, using insights to prioritize roadmap areas and improve adoption, quality, and implementation velocity.
Understand the competitive landscape across CIAM, developer platforms, orchestration tools, and AI-assisted development and define Mosaics differentiation strategy.
Educate and enable GTM teams, ensuring consistent messaging, value-based positioning, and clear articulation of developer-oriented capabilities.
Requirements: 4+ years as a Product Manager (or equivalent technical experience) building developer-first experiences. Prior experience as a software engineer is highly preferred.
Experience with modern developer toolchains - including SDKs, CLIs, debugging/testing workflows, developer portals, and identity integration patterns with strong technical depth and the ability to collaborate closely with engineering.
Experience with CIAM, identity protocols (OIDC/SAML/OAuth), authentication, or orchestration - strong advantage.
A data-driven mindset, leveraging analytics, developer feedback, and product telemetry to inform prioritization and execution.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, working with engineering, design, GTM teams, and customer-facing partners.
Outstanding communication skills, able to articulate complex developer experiences and identity concepts clearly and convincingly.
Demonstrated ability to assess market trends, understand developer needs across multiple personas, and build platform-level product strategy.
This position is open to all candidates.
