We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior FP&A.
This role will focus on financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis efforts across the organization. You will play a critical part in driving financial strategy, providing insights into business performance, and ensuring the company meets its financial objectives. You will work closely with senior management, influencing key decisions and business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Lead the development of financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support the companys strategic goals.
Participate in preparing the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning processes, including variance analysis and KPI reporting.
Work with the CFO and manage the tasks of the team in alignment with him.
Collaborate with Sales Ops and multiple departments to manage commission and compensation structures tied to performance.
Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership, guiding data-driven decisions across the business.
Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and recommend actions to improve profitability and mitigate risks.
Collaborate with department heads and business units to understand their financial needs and provide actionable insights.
Prepare financial analysis for senior management and other key stakeholders.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field - A Must
5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis - A Must
Fluent English - A Must
Familiarity of financial statements (mostly P&L and Cash flow)
Strong expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Gsheet, Excel, ERP systems, BI tools).
Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex financial data in a clear, concise manner to various stakeholders.
Proven experience in collaborating across departments and leading financial initiatives.
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
Experience in M&A and corporate finance activities is a plus.
Managerial experience - Advantage.
