We are looking for an experienced and talented HR Business Partner to join our company and support managers and employees across all aspects of human capital management.
This is a dynamic, proactive role in a fast-paced and global environment, requiring close attention to detail and the ability to drive impactful organizational processes.
The position is on-site only at our Herzliya offices.
Responsibilities:
Act as a business partner to managers at all levels - coaching, consulting, and leadership development.
Lead cross-organizational HR processes: recruitment, onboarding, employee development, performance management, talent retention, and offboarding.
Manage employment contracts, implement changes in line with regulations, and ensure compliance with local and international labor laws.
Requirements: 3+ years of experience as an HRBP or in a similar HR role within hi-tech/startup companies or global organizations.
Proven experience managing employment contracts and strong knowledge of labor laws and HR regulations - must.
Demonstrated ability to support managers and lead cross-organizational processes.
Hands-on experience in recruitment, employee development, performance management, and HR projects.
Fluent /Native-level English - must.
Strong interpersonal skills, initiative, and business orientation.
