CodeValue is looking for a core operational role that combines office management, cross-organizational operational support, and executive assistance, alongside responsibility for Sales Operations control and processes. This is a meaningful position with a direct impact on the organization’s efficiency, order, and performance. Responsibilities: Office & Operations
* Day-to-day office operations
* Ordering supplies, working with vendors, and managing contracts
* Leading the organization’s purchasing and billing processes, with close tracking of agreements, purchase orders, and financial commitments
* Working with multiple internal stakeholders
* Ongoing process control, ensuring order and compliance with procedures Sales Operations
* Managing and maintaining the CRM system (HubSpot is a significant advantage)
* Data quality control
* Building reports and decision-support dashboards
* Identifying operational gaps and leading process improvements Executive Assistance
* Working closely with the company’s CEO
* Tracking executive tasks and strategic goals What we’re looking for:

* Previous experience in operations/administration – a significant advantage
* Experience working with CRM systems – an advantage
Requirements: * 2–3 years of experience in office management and/or executive/personal assistance – mandatory
* High-level English proficiency – mandatory
* Proven experience in managing and overseeing purchasing and billing processes
* Basic understanding of financial terminology and the ability to review and interpret commercial agreements
* Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines
* High level of personal accountability and ability to work independently
* Experience working with CRM systems – an advantage
