Job Summary:
In this role, you will be involved in the commercial and engineering products builds that will be used for tests, customers samples or sub-assembly for commercial use.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manufacturing and visual inspection of SmartDose GEN II 10ml Driving Unit Assembly
Ability to work in shifts mode.
Responsible for engineering products build that will be used for tests or customers samples. Perform devices or subunits rework process and final packing process
Performing R&D, Engineering and verification build devices to meet final products tests
Responsible for new operators training including usage of equipment, SOPs, test method and work instructions
Responsible for maintenance, fixtures and equipment that are part of the engineering production lines
Responsible to support the 3D printing activity, items printing requests, cleaning parts.
Requirements: Education- Not required, technical experience as advantage
A background as an operator an advantage
experience in medical devices assembly and tests process- an advantage
relevant work history and/or experience may be considered in lieu of degree
Preferred Knowledge, languages, Skills and Abilities:
Able to be aware of all relevant standard operating procedures as per Company policy as they are related to the position covered by this Job Description
Support and contribute to Lean Sigma programs and activities towards delivery of the set target
Able to comply with the companys safety policy at all times
