We are looking for a hands-on HRIS Specialist to maintain and support our HR systems daily. This role is focused on providing operational support to our Global HR team, ensuring data accuracy, system troubleshooting, and hands-on assistance to HR departments worldwide. What You'll Do:
* Provide daily support to various HR departments, both globally and locally, as well as end-users and collaborating with external providers across multiple HR systems, including ATS, LMS, and ERP modules.
* Maintain and customize SAP HR modules (PA, OM, ESS)/ SAP SuccessFactors, with a focus on operational tasks and system improvements.
* Collaborate with HR teams to address their system needs, offering training and guidance to optimize system use.
* Lead data migration and integration efforts focusing on practical solutions and support.
* Provide continuous production support for system changes, conducting system testing, and resolving emerging issues.
* Monitor and improve system performance by identifying and implementing process improvements.
* Generate and analyze HRIS data to support HR operations and decision-making.

Requirements: * 3+ years of experience in an HRIS role, with significant hands-on system support responsibilities.
* Expertise in SAP HR modules (PA, OM, ESS)/ SAP SuccessFactors and their integration with other systems.
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide practical, day-to-day support to HR users.
* Excellent communication skills for collaborating with HR teams and external providers.
* High level of English.
* Ability to train HR users and create clear user documentation. The position is open to all genders
