Company is seeking a proactive, organized, and confident Executive Assistant to support our CEO in managing a fast-paced schedule, multiple priorities, and key communications. Youll be the operational right hand, ensuring the CEO stays focused, prepared, and on track.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-output environments, takes initiative without being asked, and enjoys bringing clarity to chaos.
What You'll Do:
Own the calendar plan proactively, resolve conflicts, and protect time for deep work
Triage communication monitor inboxes, calls, and WhatsApp; flag what matters and draft professional responses
Keep priorities on track coordinate tasks, follow-ups, and time blocks that match daily and weekly goals
Manage meeting flow prep agendas, ensure follow-up is documented, and share summaries using our internal tools
Handle logistics
Requirements: What Were Looking For:
Experience supporting executives, founders, or team leads in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills clear, professional, and polished
Highly organized and detail-oriented you catch things before they fall through the cracks
Tech-savvy confident using Google Suite, task tools (like Bitrix24 or Trello), and quick to learn new systems
Discreet, trustworthy, and comfortable managing sensitive information
Assertive and confident Comfortable communicating directly and clearly able to keep things moving while maintaining professionalism and respect
Bonus: Experience in tax, legal, finance, or small business operations
