The role:
Lead and manage a team of iOS developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality iOS applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and backend developers, to define project requirements, scope, and timelines.
Drive the architectural design and technical decision-making processes for iOS projects, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
Hands-on iOS development using SwiftUI and UIKit, actively contributing to the codebase and conducting code reviews to ensure best practices are followed.
Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and identify areas for skills development and training within the iOS team.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in iOS development and bring innovative ideas and solutions to the team.
Act as a point of contact for clients or stakeholders, addressing technical queries, providing project updates, and managing expectations.
Position in our office at Jerusalem.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in iOS development, with a strong command of Swift and Objective-C.
Previous experience in a leadership role, such as a Tech Lead or Team Leader, overseeing iOS development projects and leading a team of developers.
Expertise in SwiftUI and UIKit frameworks, with a deep understanding of iOS development patterns, best practices, and performance optimizations.
Strong knowledge of iOS ecosystem, frameworks, and third-party libraries.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Proficiency in French is a plus.
Proven ability to multitask, prioritize work effectively, and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
A passion for staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends in iOS development.
