we are looking for an IT Campus Technician to join our Jerusalem team, where you will be responsible for ensuring seamless IT operations across the site. You will provide hands-on support for staff with hardware, software, and access issues, maintain and provision IT equipment and asset inventory, install and configure desktops, laptops, and peripherals, and oversee the setup and troubleshooting of multimedia conference rooms. In addition, you will collaborate closely with Networking, Storage, Systems, and Infosec teams to resolve complex issues and contribute to special projects that enhance IT services.
What your job will look like:
Supporting staff with software, permissions, and hardware issues.
Analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving system hardware, software, and networking issues.
Assisting Networking, Storage, Systems and Infosec teams with troubleshooting.
Installing, configuring, and maintaining desktop and laptop PCs and peripherals such as printers and multi-media conference rooms.
Provisioning IT equipment to staff and maintaining inventory asset records.
Assist with other duties and special projects, as directed by the manager.
Requirements: 5+ years of proven experience as an IT Technician or in a similar IT support role.
Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, video conference rooms and other tech products such as - Office 365, Active Directory, Networking & NAC.
Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
Familiarity with IT Asset Management systems.
Proficiency in English.
Excellent communication skills.
Customer-oriented and service-oriented.
Background and certification in Networking.
