Key Responsibilities:
Handle real estate transactions from start to finish, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements.
Advise clients on all aspects of property law, acquisitions, and related legal matters.
Conduct legal due diligence and prepare reports.
Represent clients in dealings with local authorities, government offices, and other parties.
Collaborate closely with partners and colleagues to provide comprehensive legal solutions.
Requirements: Requirements:
Qualified to practice law in Israel.
2-5 years of post-qualification experience in real estate and acquisitions law.
Mother-tongue level English (Hebrew is an advantage).
Strong drafting and negotiation skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple matters independently while working as part of a team.
Full-time, in-office position based in Jerusalem.
