What you will be doing:

Deploy and support our products.

Guide and supervise 3rd party contractors in field or remote settings.

Ensure accurate cable installations, including the number and type of connections, port assignments, and timing of activity while following standard methodologies.

Print labels for re-labeling cables based on a Point to Point (P2P) scheme.

Conduct quality testing of all cables used.

Resolve issues involving cabling components.

Validate and update all related work instructions for cabling activities.

Provide input on Data Center Standards updates as needed, while balancing multiple tasks and priorities and actively participating in project calls.

Ensure all relevant physical assets are recorded in Asset Manager and that all inventory-related fields are accurately recorded.

Inspect all received hardware shipments and receiving duties.

About this role:
The System Administrator is a one-man-show responsible for the execution of all IT activities, managing internal and customer-facing IT projects, including planning, coordinating and executing, and participating in multi-group projects.
Specific Responsibilities:
Be the key go-to person for IT needs / projects
Execute IT activities per company IT/security policies & workplan
Administer and manage AzureAD (Entra), Office 365, and Exchange Online
Maintain cloud storage privileges & configuration and backup of SharePoint, G-Suite, etc.

Responsibilities
Server and Systems Operations: Own Tier 2-3 administration and support for Linux and Windows servers, virtualization, cloud compute, storage, backup, identity, patching, configuration, capacity, and lifecycle management across global environments.
Reliability, Monitoring, and Automation: Monitor server and platform health, analyze performance and availability, resolve complex incidents and root causes, automate provisioning and recurring operations, and implement improvements that reduce risk and downtime.
Infrastructure Security: Harden servers, remediate vulnerabilities, maintain privileged access and security baselines, support audits and compliance controls, and coordinate incident response with cybersecurity teams.
