We're looking for an IT Engineer to join our growing IT team in Tel Aviv. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day systems, infrastructure, and support that keep us running - from employee laptops to network infrastructure to the tools our teams rely on every day. Responsibilities
Provide expert-level IT support to employees, troubleshooting software, hardware, and network issues across the company.
Own the onboarding and offboarding process end-to-end - provisioning laptops, setting up accounts, and ensuring secure de-provisioning.
Maintain and support our IT infrastructure and physical systems, including the comms room, server racks, network devices, and meeting room technology.
Manage the lifecycle of IT assets - laptops, monitors, peripherals, and equipment - including procurement, inventory tracking, maintenance, and disposal.
Identify opportunities to automate repetitive work and build scripts or tools that improve IT operations.
Manage relationships with IT vendors and support procurement of equipment and software licenses.
Support the implementation of information security policies, manage user permissions, and help ensure IT operations meet compliance requirements, including HIPAA.
Create and maintain clear documentation for IT systems, processes, and procedures.

We're looking for an IT Operations & Security Specialist to join our IT & Security team. IT operations will be your primary domain - keeping global infrastructure running, employees productive, and office environments stable across Israel, Europe, and the US - with security work (endpoint monitoring, SaaS risk assessments, access governance, and customer-facing security reviews) as a natural extension of that ownership.
What You'll Do
Deliver Tier 1 and Tier 2 global technical support on a shifted schedule, covering employees across Tel Aviv, Europe, and the US.
Own the full employee onboarding and offboarding lifecycle - device provisioning, access activation, and secure asset retrieval and revocation.
Administer the full identity lifecycle across the core SaaS stack (Okta, Google Workspace), enforcing role-based access controls and license hygiene.
Manage the global hardware lifecycle and asset register, from shipping logistics through secure offboarding and inventory tracking.
Own the office infrastructure environment - network hardware, physical security systems, cabling, and AV/video conferencing setups.
Execute customer-facing security questionnaires and vendor assessments as the operational point of contact for sales-driven security reviews.

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist for our IT team in the Tel Aviv office.
A day in the life and how you’ll make an impact:
* Own day-to-day IT support - hardware, software, connectivity, and AV issues with a focus on fast, thorough resolution and clear communication with end users
* Manage device provisioning and onboarding: JumpCloud enrollment, Okta user setup, and laptop configuration across Mac, Windows, and Linux, ensuring every new hire is fully operational from day one
* Support and maintain conference room AV systems - PTZ cameras, mixers, microphones, displays, and speaker setups and create user guides so employees can run their own meetings confidently
* Maintain and document server room infrastructure: cable mapping, backup appliance inventory, DGX GPU server maintenance, and network hardware (access points, switches, firewalls)
