Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of positions, including technical, engineering, operations, and corporate roles.
Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, define hiring strategies, and provide recruitment guidance.
Source candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, employee referrals, social media, and networking.
Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Monitor recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring processes.
Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to ensure timely and successful hiring.
Requirements: Must Have:
BA in Psychology/ Sociology/ Human Resource - Must
At least 2-3 years experience in similar roles - Must
Experience working in occupational diagnostics institutions (Adam Milo, Pilat, Keinan-Sheffy, etc) - Major advantage
Full control of Office suite (Excel, Power Point, Word)
High level of control in English (Speaking, reading and writing)
You should be a great team player, innovative and creative, comfortable to work in a fast paced, ambiguous and changing environment while showing your abilities to manage excellent relationship with candidates and internal partners (HR, Managers etc)
