Following several landmark FAA authorizations and thousands of successful commercial missions, we are currently driving a major U.S. expansion, starting in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join our rapidly expanding, multi-talented team in central Tel Aviv. In this role, you will be a part of the companys mechanical team - responsible for developing drones and sub-assembly as well as leading a full product lifecycle in addition to experiments, lab work and team work. What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):
* Mechanical Design & Engineering Ownership of complex mechanical assemblies.
* End-to-End Design: Full ownership of the mechanical design lifecycle, from initial conceptualization to detailed 3D modeling and engineering.
* Documentation: Generating and managing comprehensive production documentation, including BOMs, assembly instructions, and technical drawings.
* Prototyping & Hands-on Development.
* Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and resolving mechanical challenges during the prototyping phase.
* Multidisciplinary Collaboration.
* Manage manufacturing and international vendors (CNC, injection molding, sheet metal).

We are looking for an NPI Product leader that will be responsible for transitioning new products from early stage development to production level till field deployment processes
Main areas of responsibility:
Work with cross functional teams ranging from HW designers, systems engineers, marketing and operations teams and participate in the complete product life cycle from development through build prototype until handing off the product to sustaining engineers.
The NPI product leader will manage all engineering related activities of our new products. The NPI PL will have a full responsibility on the overall operational activities to ensure qualified manufacturing readiness of new products.
Lead cross functional teams to execute the NPI process within the operations group.
Set an overall Operational NPI plan, Set Ops KPIs, Track and follow project progress, manage risk and report accordingly.
Define the NPI methodologies, interfaces, and process within the operation matrix to ensure smooth product introduction

Providing engineering leadership for the definition and scoping of NPI projects for all aspects of manufacturing and transitioning of projects to Manufacturing for project implementation and subsequent operation.
Ensure Design for Manufacturing guidelines are well implemented in the product design and validate implementation impact on product quality
Overall accountability of production data integrity including: BOM, production documentation, jigs and tools, product regulation.
Establishing and documenting process specifications that ensure manufacturing operations will meet product capability and quality expectations.
Analyze and recommend improvements to all production processes and methods to facilitate cost reduction and quality improvement through engineering change requests
Prepare plans for all NPI projects and coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure a good quality product - represent the operations in the product life cycles gates
Serve as a technical mentor to contract manufacturing during NPI process.

We are looking for an Operations Product Engineer to drive operational excellence across the full product lifecycle - from NPI transfer to mass production and legacy product support.
Key Responsibilities:
Legacy Product Ownership:
Manage and sustain legacy products throughout their lifecycle
Lead ECO processes from creation through implementation
Manage EOL activities, AVL updates, and second-source qualifications
Monitor component lifecycle, risks, and supply continuity
PLM & Documentation Control:
Maintain accurate product documentation (BOMs, drawings, work instructions, etc.)
Manage configuration control and documentation updates in PLM systems (Agile)
Ensure all production documentation is complete, approved, and current
NPI to Production Handshake:
Facilitate smooth transition of new products into mass production
Validate production readiness: BOM maturity, test plans, jigs, calibration needs, workflows
Work closely with R&D, NPI, Quality, and PE teams to ensure alignment
Collaborate with Contract Manufacturers (CMs) for implementation and verification
Production Support & Continuous Improvement:
Provide daily engineering support to production lines
Drive improvements in yield, cycle times, and work instructions
Support root-cause analyses and CAPA activities
Identify and implement process optimization opportunities and cost reduction
Test Equipment Management:
Manage test equipment and documentation for ATE test equipment
Ensure test stations and fixtures meet readiness standards
Coordinate preventative maintenance with internal teams and CMs.

Heres what youll be doing:

Develop and own all electrical modules for products.
Integrate new components and sensors into the system.
Perform PCB development activities for new and improving the existing.
Lead troubleshoots of faulty electrical components.
Cooperate with the system engineer, mechanics, and SW teams to develop next-gen features and products.

We are looking for a NPI Configuration Engineer to join our team. The NPI Configuration Engineer will be responsible for leading new product introduction projects and ensuring a successful transition from development to manufacturing.

Your Day to Day
Own all engineering documentation: drawings, BOMs, work instructions, PNs
Manage engineering change processes (ECOs, MCOs, product revisions) end-to-end
Maintain data integrity in PDM/PLM and ERP systems (Priority, SolidPDM- advantage)
Drive new product introduction (NPI) from design to small-scale and mass production (including DFM/DFA/DFT, vendor support, and configuration control)
Participate in design reviews and support risk mitigation during development
Identify opportunities and lead cost reduction initiatives
