In this role, you will serve as the primary operational link to our Contract Manufacturers (CMs), drive the end-to-end NPI handoff process into steady-state production, manage legacy product lines, and streamline the production-side RMA pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

Contract Manufacturer (CM) Management & Line Ownership

CM Operations & Execution: Drive day-to-day operational and technical alignment with external CMs to ensure high build execution, product yield, and strict adherence to quality and schedule targets.
Manufacturing Bottlenecks: Identify and resolve yield drops, component shortages/substitutions, or assembly issues directly with vendor engineering teams.
ECO/ECN Release: Oversee engineering change implementation across active production runs at the CM, maintaining clear configuration control.
NPI Composition Handoff & Legacy Product Support

NPI to Production Handoff: Lead the operational composition and transfer of new product introductions (NPI) from R&D into scalable volume manufacturing at the CM level.
Legacy Product Management: Maintain operational health, sustaining engineering, and end-of-life (EOL) management for legacy product lines to ensure ongoing delivery stability.
Process Documentation: Define standard operating procedures (SOPs), assembly routing, build packages, and work instructions for incoming product variants.
Production RMA Process

RMA Pipeline Management: Take ownership of the production side of the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process, ensuring rapid triage, dispositioning, and turnaround times.
Feedback Loop: Feed critical quality, design, and manufacturing insights back to R&D and Quality teams to drive design-for-manufacturability (DFM) improvements.
Continuous Improvement

Yield & Efficiency Optimization: Track key operational metrics (First Pass Yield, Scrap, Cycle Time) and implement engineering fixes to minimize waste and reduce lead times.
Tooling & Fixturing: Coordinate with suppliers to design, validate, or upgrade assembly fixtures, jigs, and test setups.

Owning the incident process: Make sure incidents are properly tracked, follow-ups are driven to completion, and R&D teams write and own their postmortems - turning lessons into lasting improvements rather than letting them slip.
Driving change across R&D: Partner with engineering teams to define the reliability and operational improvements production needs, and make sure they get prioritized and implemented.
Raising the operational bar: Champion production-readiness standards, define SLOs and error budgets, and build a culture where teams own the reliability of what they ship.
Connecting the dots: Communicate clearly with stakeholders across R&D and leadership, translating between technical detail and business impact.

In this role you will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing and supporting our PLM Product, Teamcenter. You will have the opportunity to work on some of the largest PLM projects in the region, often within regulated environments. We are happy to train you up in our market-leading PLM product.


This role can be based Airport City, Israel. Hybrid working is available, but you must be willing to travel to our customer sites.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Buyer to join our Procurement team.
The Buyer will support both direct and indirect procurement activities, working closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely purchasing, material availability, and efficient procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end purchasing process, from RFQ to Purchase Order and delivery.
Support global procurement activities for both production materials (electronic components, mechanical parts, PCBs, cables, etc.) and indirect categories (services, equipment, office supplies, software, and facilities).
Issue and manage Purchase Orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries.
Request quotations, compare commercial offers, and support supplier negotiations.

As a Technical Project Manager, you will drive the planning, execution, and delivery of key cross-domain initiatives across Product and R&D.
