Basic Job Purpose
The Project Manager is accountable for end-to-end delivery of multidisciplinary medical device development projects, ensuring alignment between business needs, technical execution, regulatory compliance, and product lifecycle objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Full ownership of product development projects from initiation through market release and lifecycle management
Planning and execution of project scope, budget, resources, milestones, and schedules
Close collaboration with Product, Business Development, and Marketing to translate market and customer needs into technical deliverables
Leadership of multidisciplinary teams, including R&D, software, regulatory, clinical, operations, and external subcontractors
Definition and control of system-level requirements, including hardware, software, and integration aspects
Continuous monitoring of execution, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans, with proactive decision-making
Enforcement of medical device development processes, quality systems, and regulatory standards across all disciplines
Ownership of development documentation, including DHF, DMR, and software lifecycle documentation

Support of regulatory submissions, safety testing, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective actions.

Seeking a highly skilled and motivated R&D LCM ( (Life Cycle Management) Engineer to lead technical engineering support within R&D. The role owns technical aspects of legacy products and New Product Introductions (NPI), ensuring seamless design transfer and robust support across the product lifecycle. Acts as the primary technical interface between R&D, production, and quality.
Key Responsibilities
New Product Introduction (NPI)
Lead the NPI process from engineering handoff to production ramp-up.

Lifecycle Engineering
Provide technical support for legacy products.

Production Interface
Serve as the technical point of contact for manufacturing and QA teams.
Provide real-time engineering support on the production floor.

We are looking for a NPI Configuration Engineer to join our team. The NPI Configuration Engineer will be responsible for leading new product introduction projects and ensuring a successful transition from development to manufacturing.

Your Day to Day
Own all engineering documentation: drawings, BOMs, work instructions, PNs
Manage engineering change processes (ECOs, MCOs, product revisions) end-to-end
Maintain data integrity in PDM/PLM and ERP systems (Priority, SolidPDM - advantage)
Drive new product introduction (NPI) from design to small-scale and mass production (including DFM/DFA/DFT, vendor support, and configuration control)
Participate in design reviews and support risk mitigation during development
Identify opportunities and lead cost reduction initiatives

Reporting to the Israel Service Manager (ISM), the Field Service Engineer (FSE), troubleshoots, services, installs (deploys) and repairs Explosive Detection Systems (EDS), Conventional X-Ray Systems (CXS) or Computed Tomography (CT) equipment at customer sites. An FSE must be team oriented and flexible, and actively seeks to share information and assist his peers. Possess solid communication skills, both oral and written. Demonstrates strong electronic repair troubleshooting methodology and maintains at least an intermediate technical level of product knowledge. Cross trains on all products serviced in the field, and displays proficiency in servicing all equipment across the product line. Willingness to work on special projects, some of high visibility, as assigned. Looks for common-mode problem occurrences and seeks to resolve, both independently and with the aid of others.

Has a working knowledge of PC applications (MS Applications, SAP, and Reporting tools) to provide clear, concise information summaries as required.

Duties:
