We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Integration Technician / UAV Systems integrator to join our Integration Lab team.
The integrator will be responsible for the assembly, integration, and testing of UAV systems and sub-systems, ensuring all components meet engineering specifications, quality standards, and operational requirements.
This role reports directly to the Integration Lab Manager and works closely with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to support the development and delivery of advanced UAV systems. Key Responsibilities:
Assembly & system Integration:
Assemble mechanical and electronic sub-systems
Integrate UAV assemblies including airframe, propulsion systems, wiring, controllers, and sensors
Perform assembly according to engineering drawings, work instructions, and production orders
Use hand tools, assembly equipment, and precision measurement instruments
Wiring & Electronics:
Perform wiring of cables, connectors, and harnesses
Execute basic to advanced soldering according to industry standards
Perform continuity checks, short detection, and initial electrical functionality tests
Ensure proper cable routing, fixation, and labeling
Testing & Documentation:
Perform functional and integration testing of UAV systems
Identify faults, report deviations, and support troubleshooting processes
Document assembly and testing activities according to quality procedures
Work closely with Quality Control and Engineering teams to ensure compliance with system requirements Process Improvement & Technical SupportgreenTxtBg!:
Participate in assembly and process improvements (DFM / DFA)
Support prototype builds, system upgrades, and experimental activities
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the integration lab Key Interfaces:

Requirements: Experience & Education:
2-4 years of experience in electro-mechanical system assembly or integration - required
Experience assembling UAV systems or unmanned platforms - significant advantage
Experience working in defense or highly regulated manufacturing environments - advantage
Familiarity with the UAV / drone industry - advantage Technical Skills:
Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings
Experience with wiring, connectors, and soldering
Familiarity with measurement tools such as multimeters and power supplies
Experience working according to technical procedures and quality documentation
Basic understanding of functional and integration testing
