Requirements:
Requirements B.Sc. in Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or Physics
5+ years of experience in system engineering or development of complex multidisciplinary satellite systems
Proven experience in system architecture definition, requirements management, and interface control
Experience managing system budgets (e.g., power, mass, data, propulsion)
Hands-on experience leading system reviews (SRR/PDR/CDR) and V&V / AIT activities
Experience working in matrix organizations and with cross-functional engineering teams
Strong analytical skills and experience with system modeling (e.g., SysML)
Proficiency in technical English (written and spoken) Location: Tel Aviv

Requirements:
BSc in Electrical/Aerospace/Mechanical/Computer or Software Engineering is a threshold requirement. (Bachelors in Physics/Math/Computer Science with relevant experience will also be considered.)
MSc in Systems/Electrical/Aerospace Engineering is an advantage.
At least 5 years as Systems Engineer/Technical Manager/Technical Product Manager in a defense technology company.
At least 2 years of hands on experience in research and development roles (or similar academic experience).
Strong MS Office (including MS Project) Skills.
Strong Presenting and Leadership abilities.
Experience with Aerospace/Military/C4I/C2 systems design and development is an advantage.
Valid Level 3 Security Clearance is a an advantage.

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in motion control design within an R&D environment.

Proven leadership skills, with experience leading multidisciplinary projects in a matrix organization and coordinating internal teams and external partners.
Strong expertise in control simulations, servo algorithms, and data analysis for performance optimization and root-cause analysis.
Experience in developing and delivering training sessions for team members in motion control and servo algorithms - an advantage.
Fluency in Hebrew and English.
Willingness to travel abroad (approximately once per quarter).

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chief system Engineer to join our team and lead the development of sophisticated solutions that push the boundaries of flight. Responsibilities:?Lead the development of innovative and complex airborne systems.
Develop system requirements that meet customer requirements and product definitions provided by other departments.
Facilitate PMO on developing integration plans identifying timelines, resources and equipment requirements to integrate engineering designs into higher level products.
Define and lead system level TEST plans to validate that the engineering designs meet requirements.
