we are looking for a Chief of Staff to the CEO.
The Chief of Staff to the CEO is a strategic execution partner and operational extension of the CEO, ensuring priorities translate into clear, aligned, and disciplined execution across leadership.
The role focuses on clarity, alignment, and true execution status. The Chief of Staff does not own departments or manage teams. Initiative ownership is not inherent, except when temporarily delegated.
This role requires a deep understanding of execution, visibility into real task status, and the ability to ensure stakeholders are aligned and operating smoothly.

What Youll Do:
Attend CEO and leadership meetings and capture decisions, commitments, and action items with precision
Translate discussions into clear, structured tasks (owner, timeline, outcome)
Maintain real-time visibility into true execution status-not just reported updates
Track CEO priorities and identify execution drift, gaps, and hidden dependencies
Deliver concise daily briefings to the CEO with red flags, gaps, and true progress
Follow up with executives to validate actual execution progress in detail
Ensure all stakeholders understand their responsibilities, dependencies, and role in company priorities
Identify and resolve misalignment across Product, R&D, Sales, Marketing, and Customer teams
Structure and enforce leadership operating rhythm (agendas, decisions, action tracking)
Ensure every leadership discussion results in clear decisions, ownership, and execution clarity
Maintain structured tracking of all initiatives, ensuring task clarity, ownership, and deadline discipline
Lead or coordinate CEO-delegated cross-functional initiatives, driving aligned and validated execution
Requirements: 4+ years of experience in Chief of Staff, Strategy & Operations, consulting, or program/project management leadership
Strong structured thinking and ability to break down complex problems into execution plans
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to understand how work is actually executed
Experience working cross-functionally in product-led or technical environments (SaaS/cybersecurity - advantage)
Strong executive presence with the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders
High emotional intelligence and the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics
Low ego, high ownership mindset, and strong execution drive
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-paced environments
High stamina and willingness to work closely with the CEO
Ability to maintain end-to-end visibility across multiple initiatives simultaneously
