As an Influencer Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the full life cycle, from initiation to execution of high quality and large-scale partnerships with US-Based Influencers on all social platforms, celebrity activations and cross company projects. Your goal is to deliver creative campaigns at scale that drive traffic, sales, and brand recognition.

An ideal candidate has passion for social media, ecommerce, retail, and fashion, has worked for digital marketing departments of retail brands or content marketing firms, and is experienced with negotiating, executing media campaigns, and optimizing using web analysis and data.

What Youll do?
Research, identify, acquire, and maintain new influencer contacts throughout our social media platforms.
Outreach influencers to expand our network and promote our program while proactively build strong relationships with past, current, and potential influencers.
Ability to negotiate various pricing models based on data analysis (CPM/Flat/CPC/CPA/Rev Share) and provide strategic insights, set campaign KPIs and ensure they are met.
Execute technical and operational aspects of campaigns (tracking, assets, follow-up, content review, results analysis).
Optimize ongoing campaigns incl. analyzing click-stream reports, changes suggestions, etc.
Requirements:
+2 years experience in digital department of a global brand.
Previous content/PR experience - An advantage.
Perfect English spoken and written - A Must
Well organized & multi-tasking The ability to self-manage tasks prioritization, weekly and call schedules.
Sales and negotiation skills [In English] are crucial to your success.
Experience working with one of the following platforms is a plus: AspireIQ, Activate, Impact Radius, and Grin.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player.
