Job description As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for the global social media activities on all of the leading Social Media platforms, as well as supporting and leading the strategy of the local Social Media agencies in the different regions and the different growth engines. The ideal candidate will lead our Social Media activity, create high-quality content, regularly engage with Cardo’s community members, build an engaged community aligned with the company’s brand pillars, and become an integral part of our dynamic marketing team. * Establish KPIs (key performance indicators) to understand the efficacy of existing social campaigns and adjust strategy for further optimizations.
* Craft and create high–quality content for all of Cardo’s Social Media channels.
* Support local Social Media activities while working closely with different agencies and team members.
* Engage and support customers on all of Cardo’s Social Media channels and partner channels.
* Lead the creation of content, engaging videos, and explanatory tutorials.
* Utilize the latest online tools to create new and exciting Social Media activities.
* Work closely with the growth and product teams to create high-quality content that supports Cardo’s activities while bringing insights from our community.
Requirements:

* 3-5 years of experience managing social media accounts for global brands - a must
* Experience working at a global brand/ corporate - a must
* Native English speaker
* Motorcycle enthusiast - an advantage
* Tech-savvy
* Passionate about Social Media
* Self-management skills
* Experience with video editing and video productions – a plus

Comfort working in a fast-paced, remote environment with cross-functional teams.
Experience managing social tools and analytics platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Analytics, Sprout, Buffer, Hootsuite).
