we are looking for Conversion Rate Optimization Manager (CRO) who is passionate about improving website and mobile app conversion rates to join our fast growing company and our growth unit. As a CRO you will be responsible to improve conversion of new and repeat buyers by identifying user experience opportunities through data insights and testing. As CRO you will need to articulate exactly what isnt working and what could be better and why. The key is using data to examine how visitors and prospects are using the site, what problems or bottlenecks they face, and how to overcome these issues to enable successful conversions through A/B tests, education, trust and more. The CRO partners with acquisition, retention, customer journey and product teams to drive conversion and quality experience for different segments.
What am I going to do?
Develop, execute, and manage A/B and multivariate testing strategies to optimize conversion rates, leveraging data-driven insights to identify friction points and opportunities for growth.
Conduct both qualitative and quantitative user research (via user testing, analytics, and competitive analysis) to gain deep insights into user behavior, pain points, and conversion drivers.
Own the end-to-end CRO process, from hypothesis generation and test execution to analysis and scaling, ensuring a structured and repeatable optimization framework.
Collaborate closely with Acquisition, Retention, Product Marketing, UX, and Creative teams to implement high-impact experiments that improve conversion rates across the full marketing funnel.
Enhance user experience by applying UX best practices, usability principles, and behavioral psychology to optimize digital touchpoints while maintaining brand trust and engagement.
Stay ahead of industry trends and conduct competitive research to benchmark conversion strategies, ensuring we implement cutting-edge CRO techniques.
Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations, simplifying insights for key stakeholders to drive alignment and decision-making.
Requirements:
46 years of experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, or a related field, with at least 3 years in CRO, demonstrating a strong track record of improving conversion rates through end-to-end planning and execution.
Strong data analysis skills with the ability to identify insights, test hypotheses, and drive measurable improvements.
Proficiency in web analytics such as Mixpanel, Quantum Metric, Google Analytics, Optimizely, VWO, or similar platforms for data-driven decision-making.
Proficiency in user testing tools such as usertesting.com, Lyssna (UsabilityHub), or similar platforms.
Experience conducting competitive research to benchmark conversion strategies and identify market opportunities.
Deep understanding of UX principles, usability best practices, and user psychology to create seamless and conversion-optimized experiences.
Proven ability to manage CRO initiatives end-to-end, from hypothesis generation to implementation, analysis, and scaling.
Strong understanding of marketing funnels and customer journeys, optimizing experiences from the first touchpoint to conversion and retention.
Proactive mindset with the ability to distill complex insights into clear, actionable strategies and communicate findings effectively to cross-functional teams.
Naturally curious and people-oriented, able to collaborate across teams and challenge assumptions to drive meaningful improvements.
BS or MS in Psychology, Math, Statistics, or a related quantitative field is an advantage.
