The Position
As ourObesity Coordinator, you will provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Obesity Business Unit team and Brand Team, Event coordination and purchase order management . You will report directly to the Senior Obesity Business Unit Director.
As part of your responsibilities you will:
Coordinate and manage logistics for national and international events, including congresses, conferences, and internal trainingshandling everything from venue booking and vendor agreements to on-site support.
Oversee planning and execution of promotional materials and support market research activities by managing vendor interactions and ensuring timely delivery of resources.
Collaborate with medical and market access teams to support logistics for brand-related activities, such as patient organization events and international speaker arrangements.
Ensure compliance with internal legal, procurement, and quality standards, including coordination of internal audits and follow-up on vendor agreements and documentation.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must possess strong organisational and multitasking skills, combined with great attention to details.
You should also have:
A bachelors degree.
A solid experience in administrative or business coordination roles or office management.
Experience as a coordinator in a pharmaceutical company- advantage.
Proficiency in office software and document management systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, combined with great service orientation.
Fluency in Hebrew and English- verbal and written.
