We're Hiring: Support Shift Manager
We're a small, growing company looking for a hands-on Support Shift Manager to keep our support team running like clockwork!

What youll be doing:
Running the show during your shift and keeping things organized
Helping the team handle customer inquiries and stepping in for complex issues
Making sure we hit our response time and service goals
Coaching and motivating team members
Solving urgent problems on the spot
Working closely with other teams to keep everything flowing
Thinking of ways to make our support even better
Requirements: What you bring:
12 years experience leading a team or managing shifts
Background in customer support, IT helpdesk, or similar
Basic SQL skills (writing simple queries)
Great communication and team-leading skills
Love for fast-paced, dynamic environments
Willingness to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
Bonus points if you know your way around helpdesk or ticketing tools!
