We are looking for an experienced CFO to join a growing global manufacturing company and take a key leadership role in its financial strategy and operations.
The CFO will work closely with the CEO, executive leadership team, and Board and will have overall responsibility for the companys financial management. This position requires a strategic thinker who is also highly hands-on and comfortable working closely with a small finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the companys global finance function and financial strategy.
Own budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management, and long-term financial planning.
Oversee financial reporting, accounting, controls, taxation, and compliance.
Provide financial analysis and commercial insights to support strategic decisions.
Partner closely with the CEO, executive leadership team, and Board.
Manage relationships with auditors, banks, tax advisor
Requirements: Requirements:
CPA - mandatory.
Significant senior financial leadership experience as a CFO, VP Finance, or Finance Director.
Experience working in a global manufacturing company - mandatory.
Proven ability to work hands-on with and lead a small finance team - mandatory.
Experience in the pharmaceutical, medical, healthcare, life sciences, or food industry - a significant advantage.
Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, reporting, and cash-flow management.
Excellent understanding of accounting, financial controls, taxation, and compliance.
Strong strategic, commercial, and business orientation.
Experience supporting a growing and internationally active organization.
Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
