This position is primarily frontend -oriented, with approximately 80% of the work focused on frontend development and 20% on server-side tasks, depending on the project. Our core product is 100% frontend -based.
Requirements: 6+ years of software development experience
Strong technical skills with the ability to lead and support others
Experience working with a modern JavaScript framework such as Vue, React, Angular, Svelte, or similar
Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles
Familiarity with modern AI development tools such as Cursor, Claude, or similar
Strong understanding of frontend architecture, scalable code design, and modern development practices
Ability to combine hands-on execution with technical leadership
Strong sense of ownership and responsibility
Experience mentoring others, conducting code reviews, and helping raise team standards
Strong communication and collaboration skills
A proactive mindset with the ability to identify problems and drive improvements forward
Ability to work effectively in a complex, fast-paced environment
