The Mission:
As our Influencer Marketing Manager, youre the one making sure we are everywhere. You aren't just checking off a list of names; youre the person who knows exactly which creators our audience actually watches.
Youll move past boring, one-off posts to build a squad of creators who genuinely love our frames and know how to sell them. Whether its a viral TikTok transition, a YouTube tech deep-dive, or a high-fashion IG reel, youll be the person behind the scenes making it happen-balancing cool content with real results.
What Youll Be Doing:
Running the Show: Own our influencer campaigns from start to finish across TikTok, IG, and YouTube.
Scouting Talent: Find the creators who "get" us. Youll be hunting for the perfect mix of big names and rising stars who align with our vibe.
Making Connections: Youll be the main point of contact for creators and agencies. We want real relationships, not just transactional emails.
The Art of the Deal: Handle the outreach, negotiate the rates, and make sure everyone is on the same page with contracts and FTC rules.
Checking the Numbers: Keep an eye on the data (CPA, ROAS, etc.) to see whats working and how we can do it better next time.
Creative Directing: Help creators understand our brand, then let them do what they do best-making content that doesn't feel like an ad.

Required Senior Business Analyst
The Senior Business Analyst will lead strategic and tactical initiatives across the organization, translating complex data into actionable insights and measurable business outcomes. This role requires strong ownership, independent execution, and close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and lead end-to-end analytical projects tied to core business processes, with direct impact on revenue growth, cost efficiency, and profitability.
Analyze business performance across products, channels, and customer segments, and translate insights into clear recommendations for strategic and tactical decision-making.
Build, maintain, and continuously improve reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support business monitoring and executive decision-making.

We are looking for a Customer Experience Junior Associate to join our team.
The Customer Experience Junior Associate responsibilities include online order processing and VIP order fulfillment. This role is key in ensuring employees receive their eyewear efficiently while maintaining a great customer experience.
Your Day-to-Day:
Glasses orders processing (online and employees): Overseeing the production process for online and VIP orders, handling any production issues, and regular glasses orders processing.
Handling social media escalations related to production and delays.

Required Product Analyst
The Role
The Product Analyst position directly affects the companys product decisions. Our growing Data department is looking for a highly motivated team player who is proactive, a problem solver, and a storyteller. You will play a key role in analyzing patterns, identifying trends, and providing insights that directly influence our product strategy and roadmap.
Responsibilities:
Act as the analytics partner for product managers from ideation through discovery, research, planning and analyzing A/B tests.
Analyze large and complex data sets using SQL and statistical methods to provide actionable recommendations for improvements.
Manage a full data collection life cycle - define, collect and process data.
Conduct deep-dive analysis of new features and A/B tests to validate hypotheses, monitor KPIs, and measure success.
Build robust, self-served dashboards, reports, and alerting to enable data-driven decisions across the team.

We are looking for a Controller to join our team!
Responsibilities:
Helping with the month-end close cycle and ensuring it is completed accurately and within the timetables, including the review of several balance sheet and P&L accounts, as well as analytical reviews.
Support the consolidated closing process on the reporting periods (US GAAP)
Participate in the preparation of the consolidated financial statements.
Helping with the analysis of complex Revenue Recognition.
Responsible for the sales tax policy, analysis, and reporting.
Responsible for the full accruals cycle of the Company and its subsidiaries.
Assist with the annual IL and US tax reports.
Working closely with the Director of Finance on common reports.

The Enterprise Account Manager will own the commercial relationship for a portfolio of large, strategic accounts that currently use multiple products. The primary objective is to protect and grow revenue from these accounts via renewals, upsells and cross-sells while acting as the single escalation point and strategic advisor.


What will you own

Full commercial ownership of assigned enterprise accounts: renewal management, contract negotiations, upsell, and cross-sell execution.

Build and maintain strategic relationships with executive and operational stakeholders across Owner and GC customers.

Create and execute account plans that map stakeholders, risks, growth opportunities, adoption gaps, and a clear path to expand ARR.

Act as the primary escalation owner for account-level issues, coordinating with Support and Customer Success to ensure timely resolution and communicating the status to both the customer and internal stakeholders.

Proactively identify and qualify expansion opportunities and hand off complex opportunities (or close them) together with the AEs.
