We are seeking for a highly organized and dynamic Senior R&D Project Manager to lead complex, cross-division projects involving multiple products. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with division program managers, product managers, and engineering teams to ensure successful project delivery from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate large-scale, cross-division R&D projects that span multiple product lines, ensuring alignment with company objectives and strategic goals.
Collaborate closely with program managers, product managers, and engineering teams to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
Develop detailed project plans, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress to ensure timely and successful delivery.
Facilitate effective communication among all stakeholders, acting as the main point of contact between teams and upper management.
Track project performance, manage risks, and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
Prepare and present regular status reports, updates, and documentation for stakeholders and leadership.
Foster a collaborative, innovative environment, motivating teams and leading without direct authority.
Ensure comprehensive project documentation and adherence to best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements: Bachelors degree in Engineering, or Computer Science (PMP certification is a plus).
35 years of experience managing R&D or software development projects, in international SAAS software development organisation
Proven track record of leading complex, multi-product initiatives
Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally with program managers, product managers, and engineering teams.
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead teams without formal authority.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to risk management and issue resolution.
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Conf, Jira) and agile methodologies.
