Overseeing routine department activities to ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of AP specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional growth.
Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial information to management and government.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy in the AP function.
Work closely with other departments, such as procurement, finance, and treasury, to ensure seamless financial operations and support company objectives.
Participate in the monthly and quarterly financial closing processes, ensuring all AP-related transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled.
Requirements: Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in accounting. CPA a must
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Extensive knowledge of accounting principles and accounts payable procedures.
Proven management experience with a track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
Strong planning and problem-solving skills. Can do approach.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
A high level of English is required.
Working on site with some flexibility.
Proficiency with SAP.
