Job Description/Preferred Qualifications :
As a buyer, you will be an essential part of the purchasing team, while cooperating closely with suppliers, senior buyers, finance, warehouses, import/export departments, and more. You will play a vital role in the supply chain by liaising with local suppliers and suppliers from abroad.

For our Migdal HaEmek office, we are looking for a talented and versatile Accounting manager to join our team.
In this role you will have the opportunity to work with different parts of the organization and support various business divisions. You will become part of a strong global finance team that today supports a fast-growing business with annual revenues of billions of dollars.

This is a highly visible role that will report directly to the Finance Director.

Main responsibilities:
- Overseeing routine department activities to ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of AP specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial information to management and government.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy in the AP function.
- Work closely with other departments, such as procurement, finance, and treasury, to ensure seamless financial operations and support company objectives.
