What You'll Do:
Manage full-cycle bookkeeping and financial reporting for U.S. and Canadian subsidiaries
Oversee AP and AR, including vendor payments, invoicing, collections, and reconciliations
Ensure compliance with payroll procedures in collaboration with HR and payroll providers
Prepare accurate financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) and regulatory reports
Support monthly close processes and intercompany transactions
Partner with auditors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth audits and accurate reporting
Contribute to ad-hoc projects and identify opportunities for process automation and improvement
Requirements:  Bookkeeping certification  Type 2 required, Type 3  an advantage, payroll controller  big advantage 
Proficiency in NetSuite - MUST
Previous experience in a high-tech company, preferably in an American company 
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Fluent in English  speaking and writing
Team player, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent organizational skills, detail oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks independently
Ability to work in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment
