We are seeks a lifecycle marketing expert to enhance email campaigns in HubSpot, identify new communication opportunities, and devise corresponding strategies.The Senior Manager is accountable for our brand roadmap and strategy regarding customer marketing and lifetime value.
The mission is to manage, deploy, and assess all email marketing campaigns across the marketing funnel, collaborating cross-functionally to boost conversions and establish us as a property management thought leader.
The aim is to optimize current email campaigns, introduce new tactics, and meet or surpass lifecycle marketing KPIs.
As CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Lead, you will:
Manage, test, and assess email campaigns across the marketing funnel on HubSpot.
Lead lifecycle strategy development and execution across various channels.
Be responsible for strategy, team management, and data-driven campaign optimizations.
Monitor reports to ensure campaigns meet budget and revenue targets.
Optimize email, direct mail, SMS, and touchpoint strategies based on performance data.
Oversee marketing programs including automation and triggered-based initiatives.
Create campaign briefs for email campaigns.
Collaborate cross-functionally for campaign execution.
Establish analytics and reporting to inform leadership and enhance CRM strategy.
Lead testing strategies for continuous improvement.
Develop segmentation and targeting strategies for personalization.
Cultivate cross-functional relationships for full-funnel campaigns.
Develop short- and long-term lifecycle marketing strategies.
Recommend organizational changes and stay updated on CRM trends and regulations
Requirements: 7 years of CRM/direct marketing experience
5 years of experience managing lifecycle marketing projects
Extensive experience with segmentation and targeting strategies
Proven mastery of HubSpot, including advanced experience with HubSpot Reports
Analytical and strong in data interpretation to provide business-minded strategies and recommendations based on data
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and proven ability to achieve KPIs
Excellent attention to detail
Strong understanding of the consumer. Defines and directs customer and marketing research
Bonus Points:
Experience writing or leading teams for B2B SaaS, especially PropTech.
3 or more years of team management experience
Experience with Tableau
Experience working in a company (not agency) with 100+ employees.
