Description
Lead, grow, and mentor a team of BI engineers and platform specialists, driving a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Take full ownership of the data warehouse and BI layer, ensuring the data infrastructure is reliable, scalable, and supports all downstream use cases.
Solving problems and creating ETL pipelines using Python.
Model and maintain the data warehouse, including dimensional models and semantic layers that serve analysts and BI users across the company.
Act as the focal point for all dashboard creation efforts, collaborating with cross-functional teams (product, analytics, management and business stakeholders) to define and implement data visualization solutions.
Administer and manage the infrastructure of our BI tools (such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc.), including user management, permissions, performance optimization, and integrations.
Requirements: 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence/Data Analysis/Data Engineering or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior individual contributor role.
Expert-level proficiency in at least one leading BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) Must.
Deep understanding of data modeling, data warehousing concepts, database management, and SQL Must
Experience in working with a modern ETL Tool such as Airflow, dbt, NiFi, etc - Must
Python programming or other coding languages experience Must
Understanding DevOps Concepts, such as SSO, VNETs, and K8s - Must
Working with modern databases such as Snowflake, Big Query, Redshift Big Advantage
Experience using Cloud Providers Big Advantage
Working with big data Big Advantage
Fluent English and communication skills Must
