We are looking for an exceptional Senior Salesforce System Analyst to join our Global Information Systems team in Israel.
In this role, you will be a key contributor to the scalability of our business, responsible for implementing and optimizing solutions on the Salesforce platform and related integrated tools. Your focus will be on supporting and enhancing our operations across various business domains, including Sales, Service, and Marketing.
This is a hands-on position that involves leading end-to-end projects, implementing configurations, and managing the daily maintenance of the system.

Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Project Leadership: Drive Salesforce projects from full definition and requirements design through implementation, documentation, QA/testing, release to production, and communication to global teams.
System Implementation & Configuration: Manage and implement Salesforce configuration tasks, including validation rules, approval processes, workflows, and process builders to flows and flows.
Global Support & Enhancement: Work closely with international teams to provide system support, training, gather feedback, and implement system enhancements.
Problem Solving: Find creative and effective solutions for complex technical and business challenges.
Reporting & Analytics: Create rich, actionable analytic reports for various teams and management.

Requirements: 5+ years of experience as a System Analyst or Project Manager, with a proven ability to translate business requirements into technical design and implementation.
Salesforce Expertise: Experience in design, configuration, and administration.
Strong experience building enterprise-grade automation, including Flow Orchestration, complex Flows, and advanced business logic.
Technical Understanding: Strong experience with Salesforce APIs and integration patterns, including REST, SOAP, and event-driven architectures. Familiarity with Salesforce development components such as Apex triggers and classes, Lightning Web Components (ability to understand, review, and collaborate on technical solutions).
Integration Experience: Experience working with integration and middleware tools such as Workato, Intercom, or similar platforms. Proven experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems (e.g., Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, FormTitan, and others).
Data & System Integrity: Strong understanding of Salesforce Governor Limits, asynchronous processing, and data modeling. Ability to design scalable and reliable solutions in a global, high-volume environment.
Service-Oriented: A strong commitment to customer service, with experience working effectively with a diverse global customer base.
Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple end-to-end projects simultaneously.
Communication: Fluent English with high-level communication abilities.
